Profile
Orr’s Farm Market traces its roots to the 1950s when George S. Orr, Jr., returned to West Virginia and purchased a 60-acre orchard, eventually expanding it to 1,100 acres and establishing the “My Three Sons” brand in honor of his children. Following his passing in 1989, the business was carried on by his wife, Juanita, and their sons. In 1995, the family opened Orr’s Farm Market, which steadily grew to include a bakery, pumpkin patch, school tours, and even bison meat, thanks to the efforts of granddaughter Katy Orr-Dove. A significant change came in 2018 when the farm was divided, with the Mark Orr family retaining Orr’s Farm Market and continuing to emphasize agritourism and community involvement. After Mark Orr’s passing in 2020, the third generation took the reins, maintaining a strong commitment to quality fruit production and offering memorable experiences for visitors throughout the region!
