This Eddie Spaghetti Art mural on Spruce Street is a part of downtown Morgantown’s “pocket park.” The piece was a part of the Community Arts Grant, made possible through a collaborative effort between Your Community Foundation (YCF) and the Arts Council of Greater Morgantown (ACGM) with funding from the City of Morgantown, Monongalia County Commission, and the Douglas H. Tanner Memorial Fund for the Arts. It was completed in May of 2021.
