Celebrate Valentine’s day in community while weaving a heart-shaped country basket (11.5″ across and 4″ high), and enjoying red-scented white tea and a sweet treat. This make-and-take workshop is appropriate for adult beginners, but any level student is welcome. In addition to your finished basket, you’ll also receive a sheet of illustrated instructions and the web address for purchase of additional materials, should you be inspired to make more baskets.
Please register and pre-pay on their website up to one day prior to the workshop as this class is limited to 10 students. Walk-ins are not accepted for this event due to the need for preparation of materials. Please arrive by 12:45, so you will be settled before class starts at 1 pm. You’ll need to bring a few tools, which are listed on the registration page.
Appropriate for adults and truly interested teens, with the target age 14 years and beyond. Please don’t enroll or bring along younger children.
