A class of Tai Chi is being offered at the NEWBURG SENIOR CENTER on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. Instructors will teach you the art of Tai Chi. A great way to keep fit and keep mobility. ALL ages are invited. Grab and friend and come join in the fun.
