This mosaic was created by Morgantown artist, Debora Palmer in 2016 with the help of local children from the Morgantown Board of Parks and Recreation (BOPARC). It showcases several downtown Morgantown scenes.
It is located along with the Caperton Trail restroom building, in between the amphitheater in Hazel Ruby McQuain Park and the roundabout before the footbridge across Deckers Creek.
