There are pretty broad strokes on the menu for this one, such as Stir Fry, Fried Rice, Won Tons, General Tao’s chicken, Japanese Tempura, Spring Rolls, Ming’s Master Sauce, and some oriental noodles. You won’t restrict yourselves to a set menu, but you can bet some of your favorites from the Chinese Buffet will be there.
