Location: Off Morgan Run Road, a left hand turn off Rt. 857 north from Cheat Lake. Access provided via boat ramp or seasonal docks to the northern end of Cheat Lake just above the Lake Lynn Dam, as well as the Cheat Lake backwaters of Morgans Run and Rubles Run.

Location: Access is provided on the Marina side on the northeast edge of Tygart Lake, just past the commercial marina. Winter Ramp is located off Rt. 119 south of Grafton. Turn in at the Pleasant Creek Wildlife Management Area sign and go 3.8 miles, passing the State Park Campground.
